Die Blu-ray als neuer Medienstandard schlägt einen ähnlichen Weg ein wie schon damals die DVD. Die verfügbaren Datenträger werden immer größer.

Nun hat Sharp eine Blu-ray mit einem Datenvolumen von 100 GB vorgestellt.

Die neue Disc kann bis zu 12 Stunden digitales TV-Programm aufnehmen. Ein Preis wurde bislang nicht genannnt, eine Summe von 55 - 60 US-Dollar steht jedoch im Raum. Fraglich ist auch, ob die PS3 von dem neuen Datenträger profitieren wird. Bislang war die 50GB-Blu-ray die Obergrenze für die Konsole.

UND wann kommt das Limit der DISK ???

Nachdem wir gestern von einem Video berichteten, das ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement für den Online-Modus des EgoShooters Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 zeigt, können wir diesbezüglich Entwarnung geben. Über seinen Twitter-Account verkündete Community-Manager Robert Bowling, dass es sich um eine Falschmeldung handle und vorerst kein

Abo geplant sei.

Und noch einmal dreht sich alles im Publisher-Riese Activision. Nachdem Activisions CEO Bobby Kotick sich kürzlich gegenüber der "Financial Times" darüber beschwerte, dass man zu wenig an Xbox LIVE Downloadinhalten verdiene, scheint der Publisher nun Erst zu machen. Auf Youtube tauchte heute ein Video des Users CoDViP auf, das anscheinend ein kostenpflichtiges Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2-Abonnement zeigt.

Wie er berichtet, soll er lediglich versucht haben, dem Spiel seines Freundes beizutreten, statt dessen bekam er eine Aufforderung, ein Abonnement abzuschließen. Bislang äußerte sich Activision noch nicht offiziell zu diesen Aufnahmen, es dürfte aber nur noch eine Frage der Zeit sein.

Was haltet ihr davon, dass Activision eine zusätzliche und kostenpflichtige Mitgliedschaft für MW2 einführen will? Sind die Spieler "süchtig" genug, um für Online-Spiele zusätzliche Gebühren in Kauf zu nehmen?

liegt es nun mal wieder an mir ein bisschen Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen.

bis auf weiteres hiermit offiziell als inaktiv stellen.

Das wirkt sich auf meine tätigkeit als Clanleader aus, als auch auf den Rest drumherum.

Keine aktualisierungen mehr auf der Homepage, keine Wars und stark eingeschränkte Xboxlive präsenz.
